1. to identify and define the principles of heat tranfer in relation to building and people.
2. to understand what is thermal comfort and discuss factors relating to thermal comfort.
3. to analyse the effect of thermal comfort factors in a person and in a space.
4. To be able to criticize design of the space in terms of thermal comfort by referring to MS1525, UBBL and green mark standards.
Learning Outcomes :-
1. Identify enrironmental conditions related to site condition, climate, etc.
2. Explain the effect of the sun on thermal performance of buildings.
3. Explain the effect of insulation, thermal mass and air movement on thermal performance of building.
Reflection :-
Although we get the bad result but still i can say that i really enjoy doing this project. Through this project, I have able to learn much of software skill like revit, and so on.Besides, I have also able to gain the knowledge on how passive design approach to the building and how they working well on it. Using all these knowledge, I'm able to design my studio well and make my building remain in comfort zone.
