Project 1

In this project, it has separate into two part which is project 1A and 1B. in Project 1A, student require to produce a drawing that record the observation and perception of two interior and two exterior. Student have to understand the space deeply to get to work done.

Reflection
Different space can have different feeling. through this assignment i have learn much on perspective drawing skill and passionate while drawing it because this is the first chance i get to learn to draw all this drawings. This can also develop skills in visualizing of space through observation from site. Besides, sketchign and rendering skill that can beauty the look of a plane drawing had also teached by lecturer. 




Project 2

A means of representing a three-dimensional object in two dimensions along with drawing that communicates the shape and size of an object through a series of related two-dimensional views” -

Project 2 has contain three different part which is a,b and c. In project 2a, lecturer has given us Farnworth house as a space to design it. We have to utilize the given images of a simple building to be drawn up. By using the skills demonstrated and explained in the workshops, draw up the following required orthographic drawings.

Reflection 

By doing this assignment, i get a big first chance to design a new space in architecture course. I have learn the way to present ligeble architecture drawing by using different thickness of line weight and architecture writing.and the technique to use technical pen. Besides all this, i have also use back the skill of doing toning and rendering to present the lights.

In project 2B, , we are require to prepare an axonometric drawing of Farnworth house. we have to draw this drawing based on the previous project 2a.

Task : These projections will be generated at a scale of 1:100 on A1-sized butter paper (for construction) and finally inked on A1-sized trace

Reflection

Axonometric drawing have alot of way to explore and explain clearly the details of a building with minimal words. from this assignment , i have learn the ability to produce a ligible architecture axonometric and the way to generate it from the start to the end.

Move to next stage, and this is the final assignment of Design Communication which is project 2c. This project require us to present two perspective drawing which is exterior and interior drawing by using one point and two point perspective. There has some skill needed in this assignment which is using vanishing point , stationary point and others. By using this skill, I have been transform the 2D orthographic drawing into 3D and make it look more interesting. Future more, the first thing that I have learn which is toning and rendering are also used in this project to make it look nicer.

Task : Two point perspective drawing (exterior) and One point sectional perspective drawing.

Reflection 

In this assignment, i have learn the ability to express the architecture detail in three dimension, in the format of one point perspective and two point perspective drawing. besides, i have also understand the way to bring out the space and explaining the feeling in this space by both of this perspective drawing.
